Each Trustee holds an unlimited mandate in regards to membership and trust until voted out by a majority of other Trustees in a meeting called expressly for that purpose.
On retirement, a Trustee nominates another to take their position, ratified by majority vote at a meeting with at least one month's notice on our website.
