Our Mission Pillar

Our
Freedom

The Reform of our Criminal Justice System. Fighting against tyranny and oppression. Protecting our people from the excesses of State power.

The Problem

The State Enacts Laws,
The Breach of Which Are Called Criminal

"

The Criminal Justice System (CJS) is an arm of the State. Excesses of the State lend to tyranny, and the CJS is the instrument of that tyranny.

People are in need of protection from that tyranny. Magistrates and Judges should step up to that their primary role of protecting the people from such tyranny.

The Reality

The Police investigate only so far as to convict, and not to prove, nor even investigate thoroughly. They rely on conviction through sentiment and not fact.

The Shame

Shame is in the Police not being held to account by the CPS, nor by those Judges charged with protecting our Public from the tyranny of State.

Our Response

We will shine a light on their hypocrisy, taking your first hand testimony, documenting it, and promoting it—hoping the Powers that be will bring us to court.

Our Position

The Top 4 Advocated
Reforms

Summary of our advocated position on Criminal Justice System reform

1

Time Limits

The Police and CPS will have a maximum of 3 months from initial interview to bring their case to court. Cases after this period will only be accepted if proven that the plaintiff deliberately obstructed Justice. Exception: conspiracy cases where time is doubled or trebled.

2

Right to Privacy

The Police and CPS have no right to invade privacy of individuals, except in provable conspiracy cases or regarding organisations. Evidence obtained through invasion of privacy must be rejected, with recommending prosecution of those responsible.

3

Fickleness of Testimony

Testimony will only be accepted when corroborated by a second and third independent eyewitness. It is not for the accused to rubbish a testimony—the accused can provide their own account without being forced to counter-accuse the complainant.

4

No Weight to Confessions

Confessions should carry no weight because Police are adept at constructing situations where accused individuals are psychologically compromised. Initial interviews should be fact-finding only. Confessions only accepted if provided on three separate occasions.

Further Reforms

Additional
Advocated Reforms

5

Negating Trial by Sentiment

Each claim by the complainant must be fully investigated, with Police charged to prove they did so. Each claim must be presented to the accused at first interview, verbally and in written form.

6

Police Testimony Discounted

The testimony of Police or those in similar authority should be discounted by all Judges and Magistrates. Evidence should speak for itself without elaboration—Police may only explain how evidence was obtained.

7

Immorality Breeds Immorality

Evidence obtained by immoral means should be roundly rejected. Immorality breeds further immorality—no justification is strong enough to eclipse this fact.

8

Dismissal of Corrupt Police

Judges should dismiss any Police found to have lied to courts, provided false testimony, or obstructed Justice—extending dismissal to their immediate line Officers and removal of State Pension funds.

9

Complicit Obstruction of Justice

Judges should dismiss all Police and CPS Lawyers found complicit in destruction, falsification, or failure to safeguard evidence. This right is without time limit—progression of corruption cases takes priority over overturning convictions.

10

No Right to Independent Representation

In corruption cases, Judges proceed to conviction without CPS involvement. A panel of three Judges passes judgement—complicit individuals have no recourse to representation other than their own voices. Obstruction of Justice judged as malfeasance.

11

"No Verdict" Means Innocent

The CPS cannot retry cases unless they prove new evidence has come to light that they had no recourse to beforehand. This mirrors the Defence's right to request a retrial only if unaware of affecting evidence.

Practical Guidance

Now Your
Rights

In Criminal Justice terms, the reality is that you have no rights by law. But know that your fight is our fight.

Initial Interview

  • Do not accept an appointed lawyer—there are corrupt lawyers in thrall with the Police. Choose your own.
  • Do not seek to explain—a Police Force bent on conviction does not care for your explanation.
  • If you have not done the deed, deny it. Do not say "no comment" as it will be used against you.
  • Be factual. Do not appeal to Police Officers as humans having feelings—they have already convicted you.
  • Say as little as possible. They will purposely misconstrue your words.

NEVER ACCEPT A CAUTION

If you accept a caution, it is equivalent to having admitted guilt. It will follow you into every avenue of your ongoing life.

Resolve to fight, no matter how long it takes. The (Al-) Ansar Association will be with you every step of the way.

Write a Timeline

Memories fade and evidence in your favour will conveniently not see the light of day. When it comes to the crux of it all, it is the small details that make all the difference.

Write down everything you remember—in a notebook, on post-it notes, on the back of envelopes. Keep them altogether. These will help you access the small details later.

Protect Your Wellbeing

Do not depress yourself and destroy the freedom of your own soul by going over the accusation. Rather focus on the positives—that you are a fighter and survivor.

"Remember that yours is not the first, and it won't be the last."

Safeguard Your Evidence

The Police purposively subvert, obscure and tamper with evidence in your favour. Document it, keep it secure and safe. Do not give it over to them other than in copied form.

Provide evidence to Police after the charging decision to force them to send it to the CPS.

Legal Guidance

Choice of
Solicitor

Choose a Solicitor Firm

Choose a firm that relies on conveyor belt justice. You will have one point of contact—a Solicitor. Different people will help throughout the process, and that is best.

Choose Legal Aid

Choose a firm that offers to take you on using Legal Aid. They are well versed in conveyor belt justice and work on probabilities.

Choose Your Barrister

Choose the Barrister you like best. If you don't get along or they won't listen to your story—refuse to appoint them and ask for another.

Important Notes

Remember: This is YOUR fight. The Barrister is there to help you—it is very much a partnership.

Tell your barrister everything in your defence, no matter how small or overlooked it might seem.

Solicitor firms are there to deal with the case, not to rock the boat. Let them do their job—and help us do ours in advocating for complete CJS revision.

Police Complaints

The IOPC does nothing other than refer complaints back to Police Complaints Departments that rubber stamp any position a Police Officer takes.

But complicity in a crime done against you is something they won't have to live with—but you will. Stand with us.

The
Goodly Fight

"GOD does not oppress man, but man oppresses himself"

The Police and Criminal Justice System may behave as if they are above both Law and Morality. But they will come to know that they are not above GOD.

Muslims believe they have a sacred trust from God to fight against oppression in all its forms. The narrative of the Qur'an holds that oppression lends to disbelief, whereas freedom naturally lends to belief.

We, the (Al-) Ansar Association, by never leaving your side, will fight against oppression.

AND BY THIS FIGHT WE WILL FREE THE MANY,
and not the few.
